The workspace that speaks first.
Chat, posts, documents, meetings and email in one place. Tell reads all of it and brings you what matters, before you think to ask.

One product, every surface.
Email, chat, posts, documents, goals and meetings are native here, not integrations. That is what lets one AI read across all of them.
Chat that stays on the record.
Direct messages and group chats live beside email and posts, so a thread never has to leave to become a decision. Mark a message and it joins the record.
Design
Going with the 6px radius on buttons. Inputs stay at 4.
Tokens are in the shared file now.
Works for me. Shipping it in the onboarding PR.
Posts for the thinking chat loses.
Write it down, get feedback and decide in the open. Decisions on a post collect at its foot with who made them. The AI never writes to that record.
SSO for Acme before the January audit
Acme's security review lands in January and SSO is the one open item. Proposal: scope it this week, reuse the Okta module, and keep the self-serve onboarding redesign out of the way until it ships.
Open question is whether the Okta module covers their SAML provider. Dev is checking.
- DDev
Scoped at two weeks reusing the Okta module. I own it. Shipping before the audit, with a fallback if their SAML provider needs custom claims.
DecisionP
Goals that follow the work.
Every goal has an owner, a status and a timeline. Updates, comments and the inbox items that advance it collect in one place, so progress is visible without a status meeting.
Ship self-serve onboarding
Billing lands Thursday.
Activation is up 4 points since the new empty state. Billing is the last blocker and Sam has it this week.
Goal created by Lena
Email the whole team can work.
A thread from the shared mailbox opens with the team's own comments beneath it. Assign it, decide on it, draft the reply together and send from one place.
Re: renewal
Shared with meLegal can turn the paper around by Thursday if we send today.
Send Thursday as the date. I'll own the paperwork.
Documents beside the conversation.
Specs, proposals and notes live next to the threads that produced them, with comments and decisions inline. A document is searched with everything else, under the same permissions.
Onboarding spec
Scope
A new workspace should reach a sorted inbox without a call. The flow covers sign-up, connecting Gmail and the calendar, and inviting the first three people.
Decisions
- The empty state shows the user's own inbox, grouped by goal, from the first minute.
- Billing is the last step, after the inbox is set up.
Open questions
Whether the calendar connection can wait until the first meeting is scheduled.
Meetings end as summaries.
It joins the call, transcribes it, and writes the summary with what was decided and what is still open. Every line of the transcript plays back from where it was said.

Ask once. Or ask every Monday.
Research is a loop, not a lookup. It plans the queries, reads what comes back, goes deeper where it should, and the answer lands in your inbox with citations to the thread, meeting or document it came from. Any question can become a schedule.
Stop reading everything. Start being told.
Set up a workspace in a few minutes. Connect Gmail and your calendar, invite your team, and your inbox is sorted by goal from the first morning.
